Mutual Commitment Meeting

This is where we mutually commit to work together and, once this decision has been made, the next stage is to decide on what basis to proceed in terms of what levels of service are required and whether you wish to establish a long term relationship with us.

We will then enter into our Terms of Business and request authority from you in order that we can obtain information on your existing policies directly from the provider and/or transfer the holdings to our own agency.

In line with current Money Laundering regulations, we also need to obtain evidence of your identity. For example, your driving licence or passport and a utility bill will be required.

You will have a member of our Client Liaison team assigned to deal with any administrative issues you have and we believe that it is important for you to establish a relationship with this person, as well as your financial adviser.
